From the first line to the finished room

The brief
A classical drawing room can quickly become crowded. The room had to hold a large TV and two sofas and still feel formal.
What we did
Panel mouldings set the proportions of the walls, and the TV sits inside its own lit frame. Sage cushions and drapes keep the gold and cream from becoming heavy.
The result
A room that welcomes guests formally and still works for an evening at home.
