From the first line to the finished room

The brief
Open living and dining space needed storage and a wash area, without the wash basin becoming the first thing a guest sees.
What we did
All storage sits in one dark wall, broken by a bevelled mirror that catches the cove light. The basin floats against white stone and a shaped mirror, so it looks like a feature of the room.
The result
One strong wall organises the whole floor, and the polished marble doubles the light.
